Booking & Appointment Policy
At Pure Haven Massage Therapy, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand plans change, so we maintain clear policies that respect both your time and ours.
Regular Online Appointments
Planning your massage in advance? Regular appointments can be scheduled directly through our online booking portal. Select your preferred service, date, and available time slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling (4-Hour Notice)
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact Pure Haven at least 4 hours before your appointment time.
- When at least 4 hours' notice is provided, you may reschedule your appointment one (1) time.
- The amount already paid will be applied directly to your new appointment date/time.
- Subject to availability. If choosing a higher-priced service, you cover the difference.
One-Time Reschedule Limit:
Each fully paid appointment is eligible for one reschedule only. If you cannot attend your rescheduled session, the payment is forfeited and a new booking will be required.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late Cancellation (< 4 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to appointment time will result in forfeiture of payment. The appointment cannot be rescheduled with existing funds.
No-Show Policy
Failing to arrive without notice is categorized as a no-show. The full amount paid is forfeited, and no credit, refund, or transfer will be issued.
Same-Day Appointments
Looking for a massage today? Same-day sessions are handled directly with Tiffany to confirm schedule availability before booking or payment.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All appointment payments made to Pure Haven Massage Therapy are strictly non-refundable. Eligible appointments with 4+ hours notice may be rescheduled once as outlined above.
